At Deyunshe, we're committed to creating zero-waste solutions that make sustainable everyday life possible. We founded Deyunshe because we knew our ideas could create positive change. Today, we continue to strive to set the standard for sustainable business practices.
Over 20 years ago, we left our jobs in corporate America to pursue our vision of a better business model. Witnessing how major brands viewed corporate responsibility as a chokehold rather than an opportunity for improvement, we developed the idea of building a company that would integrate responsibility into everything we do, not just within a single department.
Deyunshe began as a business case. We wanted to prove that you can have it all: sustainable products, straightforward governance, social responsibility, and financial success. We knew that businesses can create positive change. Looking back, we believe this experiment went remarkably well.
Back to Nature
Rooted in the Pacific Northwest, we have a deep connection and respect for the natural environment. We understand that living and creating in harmony with it is at the heart of sustainable development. After traveling and living in Asia, we discovered bamboo—a naturally renewable resource. Seeing bamboo used in everything from scaffolding to everyday items, we were reminded of a truth we've always believed: it's time to return to nature.
