Return & Refund Policy

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your merchandise to return your item.

To be eligible for a return, we require the following:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

Your item must be in its original, unopened packaging.

Your item requires a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are returning bulk Deyunshe items (bulk plates, cutlery, or serving ware):

Please pack the boxes into the outer shipping box.

Please do not apply the shipping label directly to the returned bulk Deyunshe box.

Please note that we only accept returns of full boxes of Deyunshe cutlery. Partial returns are not accepted.

The inner sealed bag of the plates or cutlery must be unopened.

If you are returning Deyunshe in a pack of 8, a pack of 25, or a box of 100 pieces:

The plastic packaging must be unopened. Opened plates are not accepted for return.

Refunds

Upon receipt of your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Once the inspection is complete, we will promptly notify you of the refund status.

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your credit card (or original payment method).

You will typically receive a credit within 5 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Ineligible Items

Special sale items are not returnable. This includes items from our "Last Chance" collection.

All Occasion Veneerware sample boxes are not eligible for returns.
