Shipping Policy
Shipping Information:
We ship Monday through Friday from Salt Lake City, Utah. Almost all orders ship within 2 business days. Orders placed before 11:00 AM Pacific Time may ship the same day. Due to our rapid order processing speed, orders may not be canceled or modified before shipment. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us online or email support@deyunshe.club.
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We will update our policy if changes occur.
Shipping Costs:
We regularly review shipping costs offered by carriers to ensure we offer the best current options for our customers.
Shipping costs for your order are calculated by the carrier based on the weight and destination of your order.
Deyunshe is pleased to offer free daily ground shipping* on orders over $95. Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground and must be delivered to a physical address (PO Boxes are not accepted). UPS Ground deliveries typically arrive within 3-5 business days, depending on your location. If your order is urgent, please contact us through Live Chat or email support@deyunshe.club to discuss your options.
*For customers in Alaska and Hawaii: USPS First-Class Mail shipments to Alaska or Hawaii may take several weeks. If you require faster delivery, we recommend Priority Mail. Our free daily ground shipping service is not available to customers in Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the contiguous United States.
Carbon-Free Shipping:
From source to your door, we measure, reduce, and offset cradle-to-customer emissions, achieving 100% immediate emissions offset. Renewable plant-based products and carbon offsets significantly reduce environmental impact.
Expedited Shipping:
If you need items urgently for an event, we recommend calling us before placing your order to discuss the best shipping options. We will assist you with shipping times to ensure your order arrives in time for your event. Please contact us via Live Chat or by phone during business hours. We are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM Pacific Time.
Note: If your order is time-sensitive, please do not choose Priority Mail. USPS does not guarantee delivery within the specified timeframe and is not recommended for urgent orders.
Please note that UPS, FedEx, and USPS package deliveries may experience unavoidable delays due to unforeseen weather conditions or peak shipping times.
We are not responsible for delays within the UPS, FedEx, or USPS delivery networks. While we strive to ship promptly, we cannot control the final delivery date of your package.
Damaged or Missing Items:
If an item is damaged or lost in transit, please report it within 48 hours of delivery. Please email Support@deyunshe.club and include your name, order number, and photos of the item and shipping carton.
Incorrect Shipping Address:
Deyunshe is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses on orders. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any additional reshipping costs.
Delayed or Lost Packages:
Occasionally, packages may be lost, delayed, or stolen in transit. We know this can be frustrating, but in most cases, packages arrive within a few days. If your tracking information shows your package has been delivered, please check any areas where it may have been left behind. UPS or FedEx typically includes a photo of the delivery location on the tracking page. If your package hasn't arrived within two business days, please contact us. We can often assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
